3. Scope of data processed
- If contacted: name, e-mail address, phone number, message content.
- For newsletter subscriptions: name, e-mail address, IP address, date of subscription.
- When providing services: name, e-mail, phone number, billing information.
- Advice / marketing communication: name, e-mail, company name (if any).
- For video and image material: where a natural person is involved, this must be done with written consent.
The controller collects as little personal data as possible, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

WEBSOUL will not disclose the data to third parties, except as required by law.
For sending newsletters, hosting and analytical measurements, we use the following data processors:
